She works best by reflecting on the clients early attachments, past relationships, and trauma to see the impact on their lives, using this knowledge to do the profound reflective work needed for lasting change. She enjoys work that is creative and intuitive that steps outside the bounds of traditional talk therapy to help clients move through difficult barriers to healing such things as emotional dysregulation, dissociation, and parts of self. Jenny is an attachment-based, Psychodynamic therapist and draws heavily on brain-body work techniques working from a trauma lens. She is currently a Brainspotting Practitioner working toward becoming a consultant." Another area of specialty for Jenny is her work with victims/survivors of personality disorder abuse.
